Apple introduced two new microphone modes for FaceTime with iOS 15 and macOS Monterey, one of which purely focuses on eliminating background noise during audio and video calls. The new Voice Isolation mode uses machine learning to filter out all the noise in the background and prioritizes your voice to make sure it goes through crystal clear.
