I’m on the surface but my harpoons did not fire. My team is hard at work now trying to determine why. #CometLanding

<script src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" async="" charset="utf-8"></script>If you arent familiar with this, the ESA probe Rosetta was designed to study comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko up close and personal, and Philae is the lander that just set down on this monster of a rock.  It's amazing news that I have been following and hope you all are as excited as me.

Really cool stuff!  The 'singing' the probe picked up on the way down was really cool.

It seems they have some problem.. the landing anchors might not have fired correctly.
