idit devices wifi wont let me sign in
i downloaded webroot wifi after having computo worked on and it says i need to sign out of one of my devices i dont have but two

Welcome to the NEW Community Forums.
Are you saying that you only have one device and therefore one license? If that is the case then it is possible that during the work done on your computer the software was uninstalled/reinstalled and as a result a second registration of the same device may have occurred in your Webroot online console (can be accessed HERE).
Please sign on to the console to check this and if the above is indeed the case then please un-register one of the device showing under your account.
If the above is not the case or does not help then please post back with more detail as to you set up and precisely what work was carried out on your computer.
