You can't install the .cab files so don't be concerened unless it comes via Windows Update! 😉 And so far it's not offered via Windows Update.

True but most users don't know how to do that and could mess up there systems so I wouldn't recommend unless you do know what you are doing. Also if it's not offered via Windows Update that means it's not urgent.
