Will this change users minds about Windows 8 I'm not quite sure? Also: "Windows 8.1—a free update to Windows 8 coming later this year—offers new features under the hood to make it the fastest, most secure, and easiest to manage Microsoft operating system for desktop, laptop, or tablet."
