pages do not load
My computer pages do not load unless my mouse is constantly being moved. Also, no videos can be watched unless mouse is moving too. Been told it has nothing to do with the mouse but it's within the computer, a virus perhaps. Any suggestions. At first it was just while watching videos, now it's every time I want to use it

With which browser is this happening and have you tried with a different browser just to see if the issue is browser specific?
I am guessing that you are using Firefox as I have found this previous thread and this one also, both from the Mozilla Suppor tForum that seem to match precisely what you are describing.
Take a look at these and see if they help but if they do not or you are not using Firefox but another browser then post back.
