Password only lasts one login

I am in a recurring loop!

 

I can only log in once!!!

 

Then I have to go through with ‘I lost my password’ and resetting it.

 

Soon as I log out - that’s it! I am locked out AGAIN!!!

 

This is bloody nuts!!!

I must have rested my password about 20 times but I still get locked out!!!

Really infuriating!

Can an admin look at this for me please?
