Given what you are saying you have tried I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket to inform the Support Team of the position and seek their assistance in completely removing WSA from your system.

Hi davilWe in the Community are not able to access others computer to provide assistance...that is the job of the Webroot Support. The Webroot Community is NOT the Webroot Support Team.Please open the support ticket as soon as possible using the link I provided in my previous post and the Support Team should be along to assist you with the issue...and they should be able to access your system remotely.I hope that this clarifies the position and what we can do here in the Community?Regards, Baldrick
