View originalrenewed online but file states subscription expired -
I keep getting notice when starting PC that subscription expired so none of the protections show as being activated. When I do just run a manual scan THAT WINDOW shows the recent renewal with expiration date of 2020!!!!

Hi OCPDOFF
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would recommend that in the first instance you try an uninstall/clean reinstall of WRSA, to see if that will resolve your issue.
If you would like to try this please follow the steps below closely in terms of installing WSA on the target system/machine?
Hope that helps?

- Uninstall WRSA from your system, as per any normal app. If you have any issues re. this then
- Reboot
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-
- KEEP the computer online during the install to make sure it works correctly
- Download the latest Installer Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE).
- Install with the new installer, entering your Keycode when prompted to do so in the install
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot
Hope that helps?
