Social Engineering - Are you Prepared?

I’m sure we’ve all heard about social engineering and how it’s used to get you to click on seemingly unsuspicious links, but it can be more involved than that.

Sometimes there is no link and it’s just a cold call confidence scam

These are fairly easy to spot and they prey on the elderly population with great success.

But what about more involved and use info that you posted to social media or was leaked online from a hacked database?

Now lets look at a more involved and less obvious phishing attack 

This was a combo of Mailchimp address & phone leak plus phishing through email and then phishing through call to pull off the attack.
