Hello

I would like harden Webroot to prevent intrusion and hacking. What are the
initial settings that I must do?

Our network was recently hacked because a user surfed a website that was
infected with malwares. So we are very cautious now and we have replaced
our Malwarebytes AV with Webroot. We are new to setting webroot
Thanks in advance

Hello,

Default install is perfectly fine and very safe but you can raise the Heuristics to Max but it could cause False Positives so you can read more here from the UserGuide: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#SettingPreferences/AdjustingHeuristics.htm%3FTocPath%3DSetting%2520Preferences%7C_____3

And note that WSA has a Smart Firewall and will work with your ZoneAlarm very well: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#UsingFirewallWebShieldProtection/ManagingFirewalls.htm%3FTocPath%3DUsing%2520Firewall%2520%252F%2520Web%2520Shield%2520Protection%7C_____1
