This is my current two year old Laptop and I only use Laptops from now on. The only thing I wish it could do is run the 2 SSD's in a RAID 0 configuration.

I built my office computer. It is nothing fancy, but good enough for my office work and to run iRacing with no problems. It has:

HD: Two 500Gb hard drives
CPU: AMD A8-3750K
Motherboard: Biostar A55
Power: 650 watt (I forget the brand)
Memory: Two 4 Gig sticks (Forget the brand or speed)
AMD Radeon Video Card (this enables a 2 monitor system)
Windows 8 Pro (Because I am a pro, of course)
2 LED monitors (mainly for work)

5 year old Toshiba laptop... Thinking it is time for an upgrade so I am not embarrassed to have the weakest machine on the forums!

I have a MacBook, MacBook Pro, original iPad, and iPad 2.

And an old Sager laptop that i built 10 years ago and use as a media server.  No clue on the specs, but it still runs Half Life 2 pretty well.

Sounds like it still does the job good enough!

It really does. If I had only one negative on that laptop, it's in its physical construction. The hinges are both broken, leading to its promotion/placement as a home theater machine. Soon though I plan on retiring it and replacing it with something quite a bit faster and smaller, and putting it in my office for the occasional game playing.
