Well….. I blew Webroot away maybe 2 to 3 years ago. Just not ready for prime time. Too many issues to list but the two biggest were:
- No such thing as a true exclude. It would scan everything. If it found something in the exclude list it would simply not report it. What a total waste of resources.
- Agents would duplicate every time a feature update would come out thus double billing. You would also have twice as many agent to keep track of.
Those were two of the biggest but as mentioned there were many, many more issues that never got resolved. Have the about two been corrected?
