Cannot see my server on Webroot management console

Greetings

I have installed Webroot Secureanywhere Endpoint protection on a windows 2008 R2.
For some reason i cannot see this server on the Webroot management console. Also I cannot uninstall it as it needs to be managed.
I have installed Webroot on around 50 computers in our company and this is the first time I see this issue.

Has anyone seen this before? How to go around it?

Help is much appreciated.

Kind Regards

Dear explanoit

This is exactly what I did and contacted support who informed me that my server cannot been seen.
They have instructed me to boot the server in safe mode network and uninstall Webroot then re-install it.
It worked fine.

Thank you for your support.

Try temporarily turning the firewall off and forcing a poll, if this is not a critical server.

Otherwise I would run http://download.webroot.com/wsalogs.exe and open a Webroot ticket. Any issues of an endpoint not communicating or losing connection are very important to have investigated, on behalf of all business customers.
