Computers Freeze
We are an MSP and have roughly 30 sites on Webroot. We're having an issue at one site that the some of the PCs slow down and lock up about every 30 minutes to an hour. I looked at the Control Active Processes and nothing is being shown as Monitored. I was wondering what the causes might be?

Just to confirm it's a Webroot issue, can you remove it from one computer and see if the problem goes away?
