How to delete admins from the endpoint protection or site console

This solution addresses Webroot SecureAnywhere Business – Endpoint Protection.
 
It is not possible to delete admin accounts from endpoint protection or site consoles. However, steps can be taken to disable admin accounts that need to be retired.
 
Removing all access and permissions will effectively eliminate access, this will be completed from the Account Settings > Access & Permissions page, accessed under the Admins tab in the endpoint protection or site console.
 
Set the access for both the SecureAnywhere Console and Endpoint Protection Console to ‘No Access’. This will remove an admin’s account’s ability to log in and access the consoles. See Setting admin permissions in endpoint protection consoles for more information on modifying permissions.
