I cannot sign-in to my account. When I request a new password, Webroot's reply never appears at email provider

I think the issue is now resolved. Webroot website support has replied to me with a new password.

I just want to make sure you did set up your Account Console.

You can go to your Online Account Console and click I "forgot my email" and I "forgot my password."

If that does not work then you will need to Contact the Support Team and explain your situation.This is a FREE service with an active Webroot Subscription.
