I have created an override and applied it to one of my policies as well as set the policy to poll every 15 minutes. How do i know if that policy is active on my endpoints ?

Was the policy set to 15 minutes before the override? In that case they all should have picked it up in roughly that window. There isn't a report that tells you - I'd say just test it out on one of the endpoints to make sure that it took by running the overridden app.
