One of my co-workers keeps getting an error message, basically the same error message after every scan. The only thing that changes from what I saw was the number in the brackets.. I saw a different one that was [373]. What are some things that I can try to fix this?

I'd recommend contacting support on that one, as they'll want to collect logs and data to troubleshoot:
