Since the software you are asking about is more of an IT management tool, I am wondering which version of Webroot you are using: the Home versions or the Endpoint? There is probably not a difference in how they would interact with the NMM software, but I am not sure.
You might also want to pose the question in the Business Community Hopefully one of the IT pro minded Endpoint users would be able to offer some good insights on it!

We don't have an integration with them yet, but we're continually adding more RMMs to our integration stable so this one might get added in the future.

I would suggest that you submit this as a feature request - as Nic said, we're adding more RMMs and I'm sure the team would like to know which are most important. Please let me know if you need any assistance with submitting the request.@ wrote:
