Since the change to the updated console we are seeing discrepancies in the number of entities.
Example, one customer shows 12 entities when they only have 11
Example2 customer shows 15 entities however there are 18
If we go into the legacy console the number align and reflect the number of seats allocated. Any ideas

Ended up raising a support ticket. There were discrepancies that needed to be adjusted by their back end team. I would advise that everyone check their counts vs the legacy console to confirm they aren't affected.
