be carefull I have both webroot and norton. I ran webroot found nothing norton found sape virus High risk.
Do we know why webroot did not find this high risk virus and what it does to the computer.

We do, but support will be able to collect logs from you to make sure we have all the necessary data. I can put in a ticket for them to contact you if you like.
