I have a small photography business.  I am running out of space on my C drive. I am not sure what I can move to external hard drive. I have hiberfiles.sys that is taking up 6617088 of the space. Can I move that without harming my system? Also swapfile.sys and pagefile.sys

You're probably better off moving your data to the external drive, rather than messing around with swap or pagefiles.  The hiberfiles.sys is for storing memory when your computer goes into hibernation, so the only way to get rid of that is to disable hibernation on your computer.
