Strange behavior

I've installed 10 Endpoint users at work and strange things have been happening. I've used it at home for a while with no problems. Someone told me that in Excel, when the tried to enter data that each click would be added to another. Or rather, if you click in one cell and move to the next cell, both become highlighted. It has happened repeatedly for him.

I experienced the same thing when selecting files. I would select one, and many would be selected. The reason I know it is related to webroot is that if I disable protection, the problem goes away that very second.

Any one have any similar issues?

Are these all the same computer model or different?
What other resident programs are running on the systems?
Thanks for the reply. So far, two different models and operating systems. I have a Dell with Windows 7 and he has a HP with XP.

One commonality is that we both use Office 2010 and everyone else with Webroot installed is still using Office 2007. I try and keep resident programs down but some are adobe updated, not a lot more as we do completely different jobs. I am the IT person and he is sales.

My only advice before you contact support:
  1. Allow 3D Issue Professional and reboot see if it helps
  2. Update the LogMeIn installation if possible
  3. Run Excel and go back to those views, see if it says anything in monitored then.
  4. Run Microsoft Update so it points directly to the microsoft servers, see if there are any updates.
Thanks!
