help. I have webroot installed on three computers. it seems tobe working on two of them, but on the third, the icons appear, bu they do nothing. do I need to uninstall and reinstall webroot?

May I ask what type of system you are experiencing this on, PC or MAC?
What version of Webroot are you using? Please let us know if you purchased your Webroot from Best Buy.
