Webroot restarts after recent Windows update

In the past few days, I’ve been experiencing issues with Webroot locking up machines, stealing resources (40-50%).  Event manager on some workstations reports that the service is constantly restarting.  I’ve experienced this with both .48 and .62 endpoint versions.  I’ve created a support ticket for this, but I was curious if anyone else is experiencing issues.  I haven’t been able to pinpoint what the issue is, but I suspect it’s a recent Windows update?  I’m having issues with clients both on and off domains - all running Windows 10.

Turns out it is a known issue. The resolution is to do a full uninstall using safe mode with networking, then delete the programdata\wrdata folder.  Then reinstall.
