Hi, I stopped updating my WSA business Android mobile client because I found that it needs camera/microphone access! Why is this special access added to the software when on the other hand there is not any feature using it?! Please remove this access from the software.
I was told yesterday that SMSSend which was coming up on my Samsung phone S3 as a threat was to be fixed. I am pleased to say that it seems to be fixed on the phone but is still showing on my Webroot account as a threat and is in red. Is this going to be fixed? Thanks
Hi, Is there anyway to increase or disable the lock screen on iphones after webroot has been installed? We are having problems when using google maps or co-pilot on the iphones while driving. the screen keeps locking out making it difficult to use as a sat-nav device. Any suggestions? Many Thanks Rob
I just did a bulk enrollment, and the iPhones aren't retrieving the phone number. And when I double click on one, there isn't a Device Settings tab. Is this a bug, or did I miss a step? I did create and install the Apple certificate before I did the enrollment.
I know we think so at Webroot - which is why we stress the importance of mobile security at BYOD companies - but do you think most COMPANIES agree?
