Hi team,

I have purchased Webroot for my Library Computers. I have 4 PCs and 1 Mac. The 4 PCs showup in my console online, however my Mac does not. The Mac was the first computer to have Webroot installed, followed by the PCs.

Any reason why I can't see my Mac on the console?

Hello WLC-IT, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. :D

Sorry you are having trouble seeing your Mac on your Console. Sometimes it takes about 24 hours to show on the console. You my try to run a scan and reboot the Mac computer after the scan is completed. Sometimes this helps to speed up the process.

Not sure what caused the change, but it just popped up a little while later
