It says it is not going to work so I tried to delete it and move to Trash but it says now I cant put into trash and saying I dont have access to some of the items which HOW WHEN I AM THE ONLY OWNER OF THE MAC this is unacceptable I need you remove thos immediately

Sorry your having issues but it’s best to Submit a Support Ticket to get the correct help.
Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue, it should be 24 to 48 hours but could take a little longer because of COVID 19.
Sorry as most if not all Webroot staff are working from home because of COVID 19.
