I am having issues with Webroot Secure Anywhere.  It’s telling me there are Threats Detected.  But, when I go to Mac Security, their are no Threats listed.

I am running mac os Catalina 10.15.4.  Webroot Secure Anywhere version is 9.1.0.139.  See attached pics for more explanation.

Hello @Krys20bol

It’s best to Submit a Support Ticket and they will know for sure and help you sort it out!

Thanks,

Thanks for your help TripleHelix,  I will try again to submit a support ticket.  I thought I had done that prior to asking my question.  I will try again.

Threats Detected

My Webroot mac os software claims it found a theat, but there are no threats listed in the details. I am running ver 9.1.0.139:1380. Also, the scan on this computer (mac mini running catalina) never finishes. I would like to be updated to 9.1.2.69. This new version is running well on my laptop and another mac mini.

Great, we don’t have access to tickets so we Mods wouldn’t know as we are just Volunteers.

Thanks,

@Krys20bol Give Support 24 - 48 Hours to respond. More than likely Support is working from home with this lock down we have in the US.

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.

HTH,

Dave.

So all this was posted 9 months ago but no resolution was posted here. Can we please find out what the resolution was?

I am seeing this behavior now. EVERY TIME I open my Mac, either from sleep or boot up, I see an orange screen telling me threats were detected. But just like the images above, I see nothing. And I never seem to get a scan that finishes.

I guess I will also open a support ticket, but it would be great when questions are asked here, that resolutions can also be posted rather than leaving an open end non-answered thread.

Thanks.
