Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Are you asking about backing up on your Mobile device (Android or IOS)? You must have Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete to access the Back up & Sync. For more information about using Backup & Sync functions, see Webroot Backup & Sync for Apple Mobile Device Help. or for Android Mobile Webroot Back up & Sync User Guide help

Now go to the Account Console and log in.  If you have not yet created your Account Console, you need to do this in order to log into the mobile apps correctly.

Once logged in, click your email address at the upper right corner and choose "Manage Users" from the dropdown.

Locate the profile (Email address) you are wanting to use to log in.  Check to make sure that all permissions are set to Access.  If you have WSA Internet Security Plus for your computer, you will need Mobile Security and Password access.  If you have WSA Complete for your computer, you will need Mobile Security, Back & Synch and Passwords all set to access.

If these permissions are not correct, click the little "person icon" at the far right end of the profile you need to edit.  On the next screen, click the Access & Permissions tab at the top.  Adjust your settings here. For details look here below.

If you have Admin permission you can edit permissions for other users in your account, as well as your own.

To set user permissions:
 1. Open the SecureAnywhere website menu and click Manage Users.
 2. Locate the user whose permissions you want to change and click the edit icon. The Account Settings page opens to the User Details tab.
 3. Open the Permissions tab and set this user's permissions for Webroot SecureAnywhere products. You can change permissions only for products to which you have access permission.
 4. Specify this user's access level for this account:  User Access Levels Give this user console access?Click Yes to open a list of the products available to this user. Specify the permissions for each product:

5. No Access disables access to the product, so that the product doesn't appear on the Webroot SecureAnywhere website. If a user is not licensed for a product, No Access is the only available permission. Users who have No Access to Webroot SecureAnywhere cannot access the SecureAnywhere website.

 • Basic gives the Webroot SecureAnywhere user access to the SecureAnywhere consoles and account settings. Basic gives the PC Security user read-only access to PC scans.
 • Admin access gives the Webroot SecureAnywhere user access to all keycodes, users, and account settings in the account. Admin access gives the PC Security user the ability to edit that computer's scan policy.
Backups/Passwords access?Click Yes if this user will have access to one or both of these services. This option is available only for Essentials or Complete keycodes.
• Select a keycode: Open the dropdown menu and choose a keycode for this user.
• Select services: Select Passwords or Backups or both for access by this user. If you choose an Essentials license keycode, only Backups is available to this user.
Webroot SecureAnywhere tracks the number of services you assign to a user, and displays the number in the Manage Keycodes page. See Viewing license keycodes.

Please let us know how you do, and you can also submit that Trouble Ticket for further help if needed as well.
