I just renewed my webroot for my pc and was wondering if I should put it on my iPad air 6. I understand that the iOS has good security against malware and viruses on the IPAd already. Any input?
I cannot sync or back up. Window pops up stating "bad request ". Also cannot access files, download, or upload.
I just got a new iMac and Webroot was included can I add my iPad to it?
I've installed Webroot on my laptop and desktop Macs. I've downloaded the Webroot app for my iPhone, but when I try to login, using the same ID and password I use on the laptop and desktop, it doesn't recognize it. I can't find a way to activate the program on my iPhone. I still need to include my iPad, but haven't tried that yet.

email never a username?
I have Webroot loaded on my iMac and have set up my account . Ican sign in fine. I downloaded Webroot from the App Store for my iPhone 6, but when I try to open the program it doesn't recognize my sign-in or password. WHat am I missing?
I installed the software but not it wants a login and invitation code - can't figure out where to get that generated.

I downloaded Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete to my iPhone and it works great. When I log into my console on my PC it shows the computers I have protected but does not show that my mobile phone is protected. I was just wondering why it is not showing up. Thanks.

I recently purchased webroot secure anywhere complete 2013 and installed it on my pc without any problems. i registered my account, however i cannot login to the app on my iPhone 4S nor my iPad. I downloaded both the "SecureAnywhere" app as well as the "Backup&Sync" app. I keep getting the error message on the "Backup&Sync" app that my login credentials are incorrect on both devices. I have browsed the other forum posts and none of the suggestions/solutions have worked for me. Can you assist?
I purchased Webroot Security plus 3 devices. Shouldn't I be able to download the application to my IPHONE and use it.? I've tried to access the application once it's downloaded, but the password manager key is locked.
When I try to set up my mobile device the app tells me my account isn't working even though it works on my PC? It doesn't show up that my iphone is protected but my PC shows up. Anybody else have this problem?
