the app (version 2.0 updated Dec 10, 2015) I downloaded has no secure web tool bar and no key icon. it is difficult to follow the published instructions, What is wrong? How do I validate? How do I access passwords?
OK, when you list weekend hours on yourwebsite only to get a recording telling you to call back during "normal business hours" thats pretty lame and a fail of customers service 101 . . . so guys update your website second why no support on weekends or even a email address ,hence this post Really annoyed at tech companies that seemingly go out of their way to not offer even minimally acceptable levels of support Finally completely annoyed at putting my keycode in on my iphone with the correct email only to state therewas an error Come on guys you have an attractive product but you are doing a really bad job on the little things
My iPad will not open past the initial screen that shows the slide unlock switch. It crashed after installing Webroot Secure Mobile for iOS from iTunes. Did not realize this app is for business users. How do I open the iPad to uninstall WR. BTW, the iPad has has had Webroot Secure Browser on it for years without a problem.
I have WR Secure Anywhere installed on my PCs and an Android tablrt. I tried to add my iPad2. It already has the Secure Web app installed. I mistakenly thought, like many others I see from the forum posts, that the iPad could be protected from viruses with the WR Secure Anywhere software. Now the iPad crashes every time I try to open it. The screen doesn't rotate and the slider doesn't respond to open the passcode keypad window. My iPad is now useless. Help? I see from anotherr reply to iPad install issues that the antivirus part is for business and should not be installed. Okay, I'll live without it but how do I get my iPad to open up?
i keep getting an error saying RECONNECT YOUR DRIVE my files will be temporarly copied to your hard drive until you reconnect you file histroy drive and run a backup What does this mean? I have recently had a person put new drives and hardware to update my sysem to handle windows10. All seems to be working ok, but this. I am trying to connect to support but have like a 35 min. wait on hold Any ideas? Sue
