I was able to install Webroot Secure Anywhere to my laptop but have had difficulty with my mobile. The Backup&Sync App keeps saying 'error occurred authenticating your account. Please check your email address, password and keycode and try again'. I know I've entered the info correctly but this message keeps coming up. What do I do?
[spoiler] [/spoiler] Have an I-pad, downloaded the mobile app, and created an account. My PC shows secure, but it does not show that my I-pad is. I select the red key on top try to Log in, but it wont accept it. The Geek Squard at Best buy can not help me.
I have a first gen IPad running IOS 5.1.1. SecureWeb crashes immediately upon opening. I have deleted it and redownloaded with the same results. I can not update the IOS because later versions are not supported on the first gen IPads. Any suggestions?
I have the SecureWeb app on my iPhone. Is there a way to make the SecureWeb browser the default for my iPhone? Right now, if I click a URL link in an email, the iPhone Safari browser is launched. I would prefer to launch the SecureWeb browser instead. Also, is there a way to import bookmarks into the SecureWeb browser from Safari or from my laptop browser? Thanks
I have Webroot on my PC, but did not get it for our iPhones and iPad because Apple said it wasn't necessary. With all the hacks going on these days, I am wanting to add it to our mobile devices. Does it delay you being able to make a call, etc. on your mobile device like it delays logging into the computer?

I recently purchased webroot secure anywhere complete 2013 and installed it on my pc without any problems. i registered my account, however i cannot login to the app on my iPhone 4S nor my iPad. I downloaded both the "SecureAnywhere" app as well as the "Backup&Sync" app. I keep getting the error message on the "Backup&Sync" app that my login credentials are incorrect on both devices. I have browsed the other forum posts and none of the suggestions/solutions have worked for me. Can you assist?
I had recently downloaded the Webroot internet app for my Iphone. It works fine, I was just wondering why my web interface (when I log into my Webroot acct on my pc) it says that my pc is proteced but not my phone. My phone is not even listed as being proteced. It says 0 devices protected. Any advice? Also, the backup/ sync will not let me log in.
