I downloaded the SecureWeb app from the iTunes store and installed on my iPhone. I have attempted to set up an account for Webroot but I don't have a product code for the SecureWeb app, therefor I cannot register. Without a User Name and Password I can't access the password feature in SecureWeb. What am I missing?
I, too am not able to log into my iPhone account using the same credentials as my Internet Security Plus program. I understand I must register for the Backup &.Sync (which I don't even know where you do that) but this app should not be causing everyone so many problems especially when we have paid for a product that isn't working. This is NOT RIGHT! I am very frustrated as I have spent hours trying to get these websites to work and no one can answer my questions except for a community forum? Something is definitely not right and needs to be changed!
i thought i got the upgraded plan but its not registering as such. ive been downloading webroot apps on my iphone 5 and trying to register it with my computer online but its not working out. i dont know what im doing wrong, or does it think i have a lower plan for some reason
Ok, I've followed all the instructions to download both apps to my iOS device, and I can log on successfully. But, when I open the homepage to my account, under "Mobile Devices", it shows "0" devices protected. Do I need to still do something for my mobile devices to show up? Thank you!
I have the SecureWeb app on my iPhone. Is there a way to make the SecureWeb browser the default for my iPhone? Right now, if I click a URL link in an email, the iPhone Safari browser is launched. I would prefer to launch the SecureWeb browser instead. Also, is there a way to import bookmarks into the SecureWeb browser from Safari or from my laptop browser? Thanks
I just installed the complete version of Webroot and placed a keycode and ran an initial scan. When I access my secure anywhere account, under PC security, it lists that I have not associated Webroot to any PCs. Similarly, I just download the iphone app on my phone. I can't seem to log in, using my email address as the user name, but I can log in to the Webroot Secure Anywhere account on the web. Also, is Webroot compatible on the Nook. Thanks for the help.
I followed all the instructions to download and install the apps. They seem to be working fine on the iPad - I can log in, surf the web, etc. But when I log in to my desk top console, it only shows my PC as being protected. Under mobile devices it shows 0. I haven't even tried yet on my iPhone.
Hi, when I select History, and then "Clear" from the bookmarks window, it clears the pages in the list. However, when click out of Bookmarks, return to the search page, hit the back button, or click in/out of secure web, all the search history pages are still there. How do you completely Clear the search History? Thanks, Michael
