[b]Based on my "once-over" glance of the iOS board, it seems my problem is a semi-frequent one. However, it appears that the reasons for this issue tend to vary from user to user. [/b] [b]My accurate login information fails to work on either SecureSynch or SecureWeb. I would appreciate somebody looking into this at their earliest convenience and advising me of the appropriate course of action. I downloaded the app on my iPad after creating the account online like instructed. Every time I try to log in on the app it says "Login Failed". I can log in online to the webroot site just fine, it is only the app that gives me trouble and its preventing me from adding my iPad to the mobile protection thing on the site. I already tried deleting and reinstalling the app. How can I fix this?
I downloaded the free app for my new Galaxy III. Worked like a charm. I can check the app and see the message "you are protected". Perfect. I installed the free app for my iPad 2. No joy. I never got any requests to synch it with my account. It shows it is installed but I don't have any idea what else I should see to be sure. Should I see messages like I do on my phone to let me know it is "protected"? When I look at my account, the only device that shows is the phone. Somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong or not doing.

i keep getting an error saying RECONNECT YOUR DRIVE my files will be temporarly copied to your hard drive until you reconnect you file histroy drive and run a backup What does this mean? I have recently had a person put new drives and hardware to update my sysem to handle windows10. All seems to be working ok, but this. I'm a bit confused. Nothing new for me but usually I eventually figure things out on my own. I bought WSAIS followed set up and then downloaded IOS app for mobile. I don't see my added mobile device when I sign in. Also, How is this mobile app block and remove viruses on my mobile device as the packaging for the cd describes?
