I just upgraded to the Webroot Complete this afternoon. I have been trying to get it setup on my phone all afternoon. I keep putting in the user name and password and keep getting message that "Login Failure"...... I've read the forums but have been unsuccessfull with getting a fix for this.
I'm a bit confused. Nothing new for me but usually I eventually figure things out on my own. I bought WSAIS followed set up and then downloaded IOS app for mobile. I don't see my added mobile device when I sign in. Also, How is this mobile app block and remove viruses on my mobile device as the packaging for the cd describes? The app doesn't have a scan button so am I to assume that my device is safe even though I downloaded what appeared to be a free app to a mobile device that doesn't appear in my account when I log in, what am I not getting?
Hello, My name is Sko and I was wondering if someone could help me. I have purchased the Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete and I was prompted to get the backup and sync for my Apple devices, since I have it on my HP Computer I wanted to load it onto my Ipad Air and my Iphone 6. I contacted Geek Squad and couldn't get adequate help, please help because an associate from the Best Buy in my town told me Webroot was better than Norton and I deleted norton. Thanks in advance
I just purchased Webroot this morning, I was able to get it set up on my cell phone and I was able to get the back up & sync feature on my iPad but everytime I try to log in to the security feature on the iPad it tells me I have entered the wrong information. Anyone else have this happen? After reading some of the other threads, I am unable to log into the password protection piece. I can use the webroot browser.
I have a question about the security capabilities of Webroot Mobile. Example: I'm sitting in a public area using my iPhone and all is well it seems. However, there is someone sitting a few feet away attempting to hack into my iPhone via Wifi and access my private information stored on the phone. Does Webroot Mobile help protect my iPhone from this type of attack? Does it allow me to encrypt that private information? Thanks!
