I have recently downloaded Webroot onto my ipad and iphone. It is still saying that I have 0 Devices Protected, 0 Devices needing attention and 0 Devices infected. What did i do wrong? I followed the instructions like it said. HELP....:womanfrustrated:

Welcome to the Webroot Community forums. First, I just wanted to let you know that I moved your post from the Business Community over to the iOS section of our "Individuals and Families" Community.
Regarding your question as to why your iOS devices aren't showing up in the PC/Mobile Security Section of your "My Webroot" account, please read this Community Tribal Knowledge Base article.
