my file history drive is not connected?? what does this mean? I'm on hold with support

i keep getting an error saying RECONNECT YOUR DRIVE
my files will be temporarly copied to your hard drive until you reconnect you file histroy drive and run a backup
What does this mean?
I have recently had a person put new drives and hardware to update my sysem to handle windows10.
All seems to be working ok, but this.
I am trying to connect to support but have like a 35 min. wait on hold
Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you are trying to contact Support your best and quickest route is to Open a Support Ticket...they normally respond quickest to support tickets raised in this fashion. I would recommend that you do so as soon as possible.
