This is getting very frustrating. I am wasting hours screwing around trying to get my devices up and running. When I go into Mobile Security on my iMac and click on add a device, I get a message that tells me to download the app. I've already done that on my iPhone and iMac. Yet "add a device" doesn't wqork. WTH!
Is there anyway that you can stoip the force closing of the Mobile Protect application on the Iphone? As soon as it's closed you loose all communication with the device and it's usless. If a phone goes missing and this application is closed I have no control. Feedback please. :-)
I have been with webroot and just renewed. My issue is for the last month I have been trying to login on my phone and it says invalid login. I know 100% that I am typing in the correct information bc i can login in onto my account from the website for my computer and my phone. Please help me be able to use the application.
I had recently downloaded the Webroot internet app for my Iphone. It works fine, I was just wondering why my web interface (when I log into my Webroot acct on my pc) it says that my pc is proteced but not my phone. My phone is not even listed as being proteced. It says 0 devices protected. Any advice? Also, the backup/ sync will not let me log in.
I have 2 questions: First, I was able to download the SecureWeb app on my iPhone 6 no problem. However, it won't allow me to sign in. When I click on "sign in" it takes me to the Webroot website, where I sign in. But the app tells me I am not signed in. How can I sign into the app itself? I am so confused. Second, there appears to be two different apps in the Apple app store for Webroot: SecureWeb, and another one called WiFi Security. What is the difference? In any case, I can't log into either app successfully. Thanks!

I just removed malware from my iPhone. I have no idea how this happened. I was hoping someone here could tell me how to prevent it from happening again. A new Email Inbox/account “My Accurate Forecast” mysteriously appeared a few days ago on my iPhone. I didn't notice it until dozens of SPAM emails started showing up as new mail. It somehow inserts itself into your iOS Mail app as a new mailbox with a name from a random list of bogus “weather forecast apps”. Your box fills with SPAM shortly thereafter. To remove it you locate a mysterious iOS Profiles config entry under Settings->General. Look below legitimate profile entries (such as "iTunes Wi-Fi Sync" and (maybe) "VPN"). If you are infected you will see a third item "My Accurate Forecast" (or perhaps “Weather Radar 24”, etc.) . Here is a Google photo album with pictures of these scary settings (new IMAP references, root certificate, etc) Minbox "Weather Forecast" iOS Malware https://photos.app.goo.gl/QE3SeqYn1q6WAiX
