Cant seem to install the android version of the software onto a Samsun tablet.
I have a LICENSED copy of the product and have tried installing it from the web as well as Google Play and dneither accept the license code frmo the package. The license number is the same one listed on the admin home page.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions.
Seems like the Geeksquad is making it difficult to get it done..
