It's impossible to install an app via Bluetooth, so there would be nothing there to quarantine. Other types of Bluetooth exploits, like sending somebody a picture they didn't want (bluejacking), are issued at the kernal level, which is locked down to root access only. Information hijacking (bluesnarfing) only works against antiquated Bluetooth versions. The only protection against that is ensuring you have a good, recent implementation of Bluetooth running on your device, turning off Bluetooth, and taking sensible precautions like the ones detailed here in this article on the main site.
