Hello I have the free webroot for my kindle, it has been working well until today 24/8/15. It said my defintions were not up to
Date, when I tried to fix it an error message said host name could not be located, and it won't let me force definition either
My status is now an amber instead of green and I have tried every thing my connection is fine, I've switched rekindle
off and turned on my kindle, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled webroot it has returned to green but still will not update definitions with the same error message, please could I have some advise. From shyirra
