How do I reset mobile lock password?
I want to change the Mobile LOCK password and be able to turn off the lock when I do not need it.

I'm not sure of what you are asking but here's the Mobile User Guide here. If you want to change your Webroot Password open Webroot on your device and in the lower right corner click the lines under the Help button and there you will find Change Password. If you need further help you can issue a Support Ticket with an active subscription.
