How do i unblock mySamsung Duos phone that is blocked by webroot

You should be able to unlock it by using the same password by which you would use to log into the Account Console.
If this does not work, you may need to submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support's assistance with this.
If you do need help from Support, I would appreciate it if you would reply back with how the problem was resolved so that we are hopefully able to better assist others here in the future!
EDIT: You might also try looking at this KB Article. While the subject is in regards to a changed SIM card, the suggestions may be of help.
