Many thnaks
I have part exchanged my mobile phone and cannot access it personally. How can I deactivate the lock
Hello
Many thanks for your quick reply!
I did go to my account anf found the option to remove the device. However I wondered whether taking this path would dectivate the lock.
As I read it, #5 of your reply indicates that it doesn't. Grateful for further advice. Thanks
Tony
