I can't find the product activation code in my Google play receipt. I can find no other emails from webroot containing my product activation key.
You can Submit a Support Ticket and you don’t need a key to chat with Webroot support.
Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue and support can take up to 48 hours to reply or a little longer because of COVID-19.
I tried the first option and it tried to download an app which I was unable to open on my phone. I then tried to reach support but I wasn't allowed to login or register without having a product key.
