if I have taken out my sim card and activated new phone will it wipe and lock that phone too?
My phone stopped working so I transerred my sim to a new phone and someone took the phone that knows how to work cells, will wipe and lock still work on that device or is it number specific?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
You will need to uninstall and reinstall Webroot on that device, and then ensure that it is showing up in the portal.
You should be able to use those features once you have done this.
