There is a notification that keeps telling me my secure lock screen is in an unsafe state on my new laptop. I have set up a lock screen with a PIN. The notification still persists. If I choose to ignore it then Lost Devise Protection will be turned off. I don’t want that. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks for the help!
I just purchased Webroot’s antivirus protection. After installing on my desktop and my laptop, I proceeded to install on my Samsung Galaxy S6 tablet. A notice popped up about the Secure Anywhere app available via Google Play. I searched it out, and the store noted that it wasn’t compatible with my device. Is this information correct? If so, what can I do to protect my tablet?
My Android Weather app, which is factory installed, and can't be uninstalled, has a history of being piggyback. Example 30 minutes ago outside temp has been at 19 degrees and has stayed there for at least 2 hours, not moving. So I went to settings and forced off and disabled the app. Then reable it,why I have to do this is beyond me.but temp changed from 19 to 30 degrees They appear to be using a mirror effect to try and confuse me. I have always had to do this for appox a year. Any Suggestions???
I have a Galaxy A50 protected by Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile .. Version 18.104.22.168428 definition set: up- to-date. Scans come back clean.I have 2 email accounts, (a btinternet.com and a gmail.com). Recently I have found that I am unable to delete emails from my btinternet.com Recycle Bin (they reappear a short time later),with the gmail account (which I hardly use) they drop into my 30 day spam bin , and fail to permanently delete when I click on the link. This seems to generate another email trying to tempt me into clicking on it. These emails are really aggressive in nature.sync is set to ON at present.I am presently using my desktop in compiling this report. (Scanned and clean, Webroot Secure AnyWhere Complete v 22.214.171.124 ) I use Mozilla Thunderbird as my desktop third party, although I haven't accessed my emails through Thunderbird since the onsetI haven’t sent any emails since this has startedI have not knowingly clicked on or opened any malicious emails that I am aware

Suddenly about 2 weeks ago I began receiving responses from websites when I would login. I would get an email saying that my password was used from a new device and if this was me not to worry but if it wasn't me to change my password contact them. I've had the same Samsung Galaxy 7s for 5 or 6 years and it is my only internet access. Is there some weird kind of worm that would cause this? It's happening on Amazon and PayPal and a whole bunch of other website so I don't think it's their issue but I have Webroot on my phone so I don't see how it could be mine. Can somebody tell me what's happening?
I've noticed that Webroot secure anywhere doesn't automatically start when my Android phone restarts. How can I fix this? I should mention, I've got a Samsung s10+, Android version 10, UI 2.1, security updated to June 2020. Webroot Mobile secure anywhere 126.96.36.199428 (up-to-date). And I'm a premium user. I tried reinstalling. I tried making the app an admin. Nothing works.
Every few hours, my Galaxy Note8 will have an pop up for Tiktok covering my entire screen. I've removed the app from the phone, but this ad keeps popping up. How do I get rid of it? I'm sure it's tracking data of some sort. I have run a scan. I never had a tiktok acoo0unt, so I'm not sure why this ad is live.
I'm sorry. I just purchased a Kindle Fire 9th Generation and trying to get the FREE Webroot SecureAnywhere App. The problem is that it isn't listed in the app section after a search - only the $15 one is listed although I see "2 results" after the search under Apps & Games but just the $15 appears.. I read as many articles about this in the community and would please like some easy to follow guidance for a dummy like me. Thanks,

Hello Webroot! My colegue bought a phone ALCALL android a month ago and in past week is too slow, poping up some advertisments etc... I was wondering what problems is, and finally found some weird file .apk on the phone by manually searching the files.I check it on the internet and it seems it’s a Malware! It’s called “AduptsFota” and it’s downloading other malware which are making phone more slower as it is.. I immediately bought a licence and install Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile on phone! Scanned the phone and it does found nothing! It says: “You are protected” Tried to delete it manually but it seems the file /application “AduptsFota” is integrated into a android system and there is no chance to delete it. Webroot doesn’t find anything still. I tried to root my phone to be able to do changes to my system, but unsuccesfull. Can’t even connect phone to the PC, it cannot be found at all! Phone is charging and there is no option to put transfer files or smth like that, like in
