Menu access issue with Android Nougat 7.1 and Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier
I have submitted a Ticket for this, but I wanted the community to know, in case anyone had a similar issue. I will post the results of the ticket here when I receive them. October 18, 2017 I believe I have found a compatibility issue regarding accessing the Menu and the Options therein: (General Settings, Change Password, Register, About, and Uninstall) using Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier with Android Nougat 7.1 with my new ZTE Blade Z Max - Z982 (Metro PCS). Whereas my older phone, a Huawei Vitria Y301A2, which uses Jelly Bean 4.1.2, has at the bottom right of the phone, the three lines, which is used to open the Menu on an active screen. But the ZTE Blade Z Max Z982, which uses Nougat 7.1, in it's lower right "dot", does not open the Menu on the active screen. Please Note, the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier does *not* have the three dots within it's display, as does the "Mobile Complete."
How to get rid of security/pass code after uninstalling. (ANDROID)
Hi, I recently insalled Webroot Security & Antivirus for my Android phone. I like the app alot but I sadly had to uninstall the program due to lack of space in my phone. I logged into webroot as well and removed the device from where I'd registered it. My problem is whenever I turn on my phone the screen lock thing still comes up (where it wants my security/pass number). I do not know how to get rid of the screen. I can get into my phone and everything but I just don't want the security screen to keep coming up every time even though I've uninstalled the app. I can't find any thing about this through my searches or in the options in my phone. Please help.

Tablet warns WSA-Mobile is malware upon updating
Immediately after updating WSA-Mobile to version 220.127.116.11428 my Asus Android 7.0 tablet showed a warning that WSA is malware (see attached screenshot). The update was downloaded from the Google Play Store, wherein the problem is also reported in the user reviews. I crossed my fingers and clicked to "IGNORE" the warning to complete the installation. Does anybody in the Community have any ideas of explanation? Thanks.

Website shortcuts on home screen
I would like to create a shortcut to a particular website using SecureWeb on my Android home screen. I don't want to make that site the start page, just a shortcut. Using Chrome it can be accomplished in the menu (Add to Home Screen) but I don't see that option in SecureWeb. Any ideas?

Apps that can access sensitive information: Android 7.0
Noob here...(shoots hand up) Was playing around with Webroot on my Android (Marshmallow build, Android 7.0, all current software updates) and decided to do a "Review Apps" scan. Results are unchanged for example when I access my Metronome app (and app that helps keep time in music) It did have permissions that I thought that an app like that shouldn't have. So I went into the app via Webroot, which took me to the Application Info. For a test, I turn off every single permission that it did have with the exception of Storage (assuming that it needs to keep the settings I set for it) However, the Notifications and Permissions are not allowed or blocked. I rescanned and the numbers on the initial App Inspector Review and it remained unchanged. Now the real question.... Even if I turn off access to those items that I don't wa
multiple payments for Premier not registering product
I have paid for the Premier version on June 28, August 29, and October 23 and have all the receipt emails from Google Play. Over $40 total. It is not staying registered. The Force License Check does nothing. How do I get a full refund as this is just not working.
Blocking Spoofed Numbers
I have WSAM on my adroid phone (Moto X) as part of a WSA Complete subscription. I recently began receiving calls from "Unknown" with no number so turned on the "Block Unidentified Numbers". I then recieved a call from "Unknown" at 777-777-7777. When I went to block this specific number from the "Pick from Call Log" option (it appeared as 7777777777 in the list), WSAM would not allow me to select it. I then tried entering it manually with "Add Number" but got the response "Blocked number must be valid". So it seems that Webroot is aware that the number is spoofed (or at least "invalid") yet it does nothing to block the call. I would think that the default should be to block all such numbers especially if Block Unidentified Numbers is turned on. Is this a feature that needs to be added or is there something else that I can do? Thanks for your help.
Hi, I need some help... my Webroot app is saying that it detects "Android.trojan.gen.heur" and it can't remove it or quarantine it. I've tried rebooting and running other antivirus apps, even a trojan killer and none of them are detecting anything, only Webroot is. Here's the information about it from the Webroot app: Android.trojan.gen.heur mobile tracker Com.android.settings.mt Is this a false-positive or something serious? Thanks in advance!

Android telling me antivirus is not installed.
Lately whenever I run device maintenance my Samsung tablet / Android keeps telling me that antivirus is not installed... I click on fix and it keeps telling me that I need to enable McAfee. I have Webroot running and that's what I prefer to use. How do I stop device maintenance from popping this up. It should also be known that my tablet is running a bit slowly and takes a few seconds to respond sometimes...it's annoying.
